Elaboration: Traditional, 100% de-stemmed. Aged for 18 months in Bordelaise barrels of 50% French oak and 50% American oak. Barrel composition: 20% new oak and 80% old oak. Maximum of 3 wines per barrel.
Alcohol content: 14% vol.
Tasting notes: An intense cherry hue with toasty oak notes and subtle hints of fine reduction, including tobacco and cedar. The nose reveals ripe fruit with varietal character, complemented by delicate floral nuances of petals. On the palate, it is rounded and elegant, offering a refined balance of spice and toast in the finish.
